Before I became a certified Personal Trainer and Nutritionist, I was navigating my own fitness journey, figuring out how to build strength and confidence in my body. It wasn’t always easy, but over time, I discovered that fitness is about so much more than just looking a certain way—it’s about feeling unstoppable in your own skin.
I started my coaching career back in 2016 while living in China, where I ran group classes at local studios and the world-famous F45. Over the years, I moved into personal training because I love the deeper connection of working 1:1 and helping women feel empowered to take control of their fitness journeys—whether in-person or through online coaching.
My approach is grounded in science and evidence-based practices, so you can trust that everything we do is tailored to you and backed by the latest research. I’ll guide you with personalized training that fits your life and goals, blending strength training, running, and functional movements with some fun animal flow elements.
