How does it work?

  2. Health & lifestyle questionnaire: You’ll fill out a form with questions about your fitness history, lifestyle, and nutrition.
  3. Assessment session: We’ll check your mobility and technique to identify areas to focus on.
  4. First training session: Whether online or in-person, at home or in the gym, we’ll get started with a plan that works for you.
  5. Next steps: We’ll define the rest together based on your needs and progress.
