How does it work?

Each person is unique and the approach will differ from one to another, but nevertheless, there is an overall framework to give you a glimpse of what will happen:

  1. We have our first free consultation, where we get to know each other, ask questions, share concerns, and see if we want to work together
  2. The next step is filling up the form with some questions regarding your health and fitness history and some others about your lifestyle, nutrition etc 
  3. Assessment call/session, where we will test your mobility and some basic skills to check your technique and identify some areas to work on 
  4. First personal training online or offline, home or gym - depends on what is available 
And the rest we will define together and discuss during step 3.
