How does it work?
Each person is unique and the approach will differ from one to another, but nevertheless, there is an overall framework to give you a glimpse of what will happen:
- We have our first free consultation, where we get to know each other, ask questions, share concerns, and see if we want to work together
- The next step is filling up the form with some questions regarding your health and fitness history and some others about your lifestyle, nutrition etc
- Assessment call/session, where we will test your mobility and some basic skills to check your technique and identify some areas to work on
- First personal training online or offline, home or gym - depends on what is available
And the rest we will define together and discuss during step 3.
